Well, needless to say I think there are many of us who still have a bit of childlike curiousity about us! Our second week of EGGstravaganza was a hoot. I must say that it is quite pleasureful to watch our friends meandering about aimlessly attempting to figure out the riddles we write to play with your emotions.
Some may leave a bit perturbed, but also tend to come back in the next day when they’ve had opportunity to ponder over the abstract thought needed to figure it out.
This past week our winners were Tom and Kim A. from Bloomington! They couldn’t quite agree upon “who” really answered the best to answer the final riddle: “This vino is not for sale” (which was our very well behaved bulldog, Vino). None-the-less, we hope they were each able to share a bit of the chocolate together in harmony.
This week’s starter: “Focus on the task at hand”…hmmmm…
Are you adventurous enough to crack the riddles? Pop through anytime T-F, 11-6 or Sa. 10-5 to try!
Oh yeah, how could I forget – the giveaway is stuffed with all types of “foodie” treats.
Mark your calendars: Next Friday, April 3rd if FIRST FRIDAY in downtown B-town! We’ll have a guest distributor, Maverick pouring and some eats out between 5-8. Afterwards, we’re heading down to Rhino’s for their “Blue Kids Night” to benefit our beloved McLean Co. Child Protection Network. Special “CASAtini’s” will be flowing, live acoustic music, and lots of giveaways! And, then…Saturday we’re hosting August Hill Winery from Utica, IL between 12-3. Join us if you can.
Cheers!
Amy
P.S. I know many of you have expressed interest as to our status in expanding and let’s just say the picture is beginning to look as though it may actually happen, let’s say 99%. Once we get the other one (like ink on paper) we’ll be having a BASH!!! Stay tuned :0)
